Bookings & deposits
A booking is confirmed once the deposit stated in your package is received. Deposits are deducted from the final amount and are refundable up to 14 days before the session date. Rescheduling due to weather is always free.
Delivery
Edited images are delivered through a private online gallery within the turnaround stated in your package. Extra image purchases are charged at the price shown in your gallery at the time of selection.
Copyright & usage
The photographer retains copyright in all images. Clients receive a personal-use licence, or the commercial licence specified in their package. The studio may use selected images for portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Drone operations
Aerial work is performed under Luftfartstilsynet regulations. Flights may be cancelled or relocated where airspace, weather or safety rules require — a ground alternative or reschedule is always offered.
